There are many things in life that goes wrong, sometimes you can perdict them, and other times they just happen. I won't make myself out to look like a saint, but I can say nothing is worse than being told you are no longer welcomed in your home, and taken away from your family...In this cause, families.
Each one of use had commited a crime, or was accused of commiting a crime, and banished into the wilderness, banished from our homes, our families, and our former lives. We were now outcast, nobodies, and nothing...We were the seven, the seven exiles.
There was Senna Yiss, and her brother Treston. Senna was a carpenter that was caught stealing apples from the market, her sentance was only three days in the stocks, but due to an outburst in court at the judge, she was found guilty of the stealing of three horses along with the apples. Exiled.
Treston, well he was a bit...Strange, famboyant to say the least. His occupation was weaver, but his work was emaculant, and of the highest quility. I'm not sure of the details, the sibling's story tends to change from time to time, but one consistantcy was that Treston had murdered a guy that was abusing him. Exiled.
Peter Dorril was an asshole, but was also very kindhearted. He just spoke his mind regardless of anyones feelings, and nothing was going to stop that. His crime was robbing a noble and giving the coins to a hungry little street girl. I don't think the robbery meant much to the courts, but since it was a noble they sentanced him harshly. Exiled.
Ben Quess, quite a humble guy. He was a farmer, thanks to him and Peter we all ate very well. Ben was accused of setting fire to his farm, that spread to a nearby stockpile that belonged to the king. No one believed Ben would set his field on fire, since it was his livelyhood, but since it damged the king property he was placed in the group with the rest of us. Exiled.
Jospeh Tenter, he was a darkskin, and from what he told us, he was from a place called Ethi in the far south. He had come to Ryvindale to build a future, but soon found himself as an outcast due to his dark skin. He had started a small church in Ryvindale Circle, but was accused of worshipping a false god, and his skin didn't help. Exiled.
Lorn Freywind, he was some kind of brawler, and made a living by taking beatings in allyways in the underground fight clubs. He never spoke much, but his presence was enough to make you quiver. I honestly never seen him angry, but I've heard it wasn't a pleasant sight. He was guilty of murder, apaprently a fight has went wrong, and he ended up killing the guy. Exiled.
That leaves me...I'm Joshua Brown, a trapper that was caught hunting on the king's land, but honestly I was there for his life. I was once an assassain for the Thieves Guild, I made my living but taking bounties and hiding the corpses in the same land I trapped on. It was a win-win situation until I crossed the king and he placed a bounty on my head.
I avoided capture for seven years before hearing that a rival kingdom would accept me if I took the life of our king...I wanted my freedom, the life of not having to look over my shoulder so I accepted the offer. THe night I was caught i had snuck into the the court yard and made my way into the palace right to the king's ben chambers. Just as I went to make the kill a guard unexpectant came stumbling into the hall and sounded the alarm.
Why am I not dead? Well I gave the king my source of the assassination, and promised to leave the kingdom if he spared my life. A coward some would call me, but I had bigger plans...Much bigger plans, and nither king fit inside those plans so I did what I had to do to spare my life. Exiled.

Chapter One: Into the woods.
After we all said our goodbyes we were escorted to the front gates of the kingdom, most with their heads hung low we had been paraded through Uil'a, the town right outside of the kingdom. About fifteen miles from Uil'a stood the Dark Woods, this was the end of Ryvindale Kingdom territory, so it's the spot they took all the exiles.
A crowd followed us right to the territory line shouting and screaming at us the whole way. They forgot that we were the same people that helped the majority of them over the years, but if the king said we were the outcast the whole kingdom followed.
